The “Mada” Shopping Center reconstruction project is developed by the real estate development and management company Baltisches Haus.
Baltisches Haus manages around 100 commercial properties, with a current portfolio of 230,000 m² across 40 cities in Lithuania. Its projects include shopping centers, business and leisure spaces, car washes, clinics, as well as premises for retail chains, pharmacies, cafés, fitness clubs, medical institutions, and rapidly growing IT companies.
The company actively invests in more sustainable real estate development: all new shopping centers are certified under the BREEAM In-Use standard, with a target rating of no less than Very Good. Baltisches Haus has also been re-certified under ISO 50001, confirming effective energy management practices and significant reductions in CO₂ emissions as well as electricity and heating costs.
